The picnic

The picnic took place on Sunday March 29 and we were a total of 24 participants. At first, we introduced where our project came from, we presented the garden and quickly spoke about haikus. Chizuru was asked to speak about her interpretation of haikus. This was very valuable to us. We are really grateful for her generosity.

Then, we presented the dynamics of how our 20 minute collaborative haiku exercise would work and we all started composing lines.

As the guests were creating their lines and adding them in the comment sections on Instagram, we started “feeding” our generator. At the end of the activity, we could show people how it worked and we tested some haikus together.
